In the Add Comics screen the issue numbers/variants are now displayed in a white (or dark, depending on your skin settings) box with a black border. Items that are already in collection will be in blue, already on wish list will show in an orange box!
We will also be pushing this new look for the issue to the main screen and details panel, at a later moment.
Hide variants of owned comics
Last week we introduced the new “Hide Owned” toggle and today we’re adding something extra to it: From now on when you use “Hide Owned” and also “Hide Variants” it will also hide “#1A” if you already own “#1B”.
Better “In Collection” indicators when using Hide Variants mode
When we improved the Add Comics screen back in December of 2024, we forgot to bring back a very handy feature. So while not a new feature, we have brought it back and it deserves to be mentioned.
So: when you have “Hide Variants” switched on you can still see if you already own a variant of any issue that is still showing.
- when you actually own variant A, the issue number highlights with a filled blue box (as always)
- when you own a variant other than A (e.g. variant F), the issue number highlight with a blue outline only
(The same holds for wishlist entries: filled orange circle when you have variant A on your wishlist, orange outline when a different variant is on your wishlist)
