I’ve long been a fan of your company’s software and end-user services. Now I’m a fan of the customer-support team, too.

I had been using “Music Collector” (PC version) for about 2 years and recently was having some issues when I added new albums to my inventory (I have about 1,500 albums either on CD of Vinyl LP.) I contacted Collectorz.com user support and then heard back from Anthan-John (AJ) for assistance. We must have exchanged emails about 5x (note I am on the East Coast of the USA and Collectorz.com is located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands) and of course there is a 6 hour difference as they are ahead of me. I did not expect to hear from them until the next day. The next day I received a response and each day after I sent additional info to AJ I heard back the next day. AJ suggested I might want to try the internet version of their software “Music Connect.” I gave it a try and then switched to it because it is a lot easier to add an album and they have my inventory on their server. I can also back-up for inventory on my PC, an external drive or export it to a CV file if needed.

I also use their Android version on my Galaxy S20FE 5G so I can check my inventory as I am shopping for an album, so I don’t purchase one I already own.

I also must say that AJ & Alwin Hoogerdijk, owner and founder of Collectorz.com, provide one of the best software support I have had in years. (I have been using computers since 1986). So if you are concerned about support don’t worry they will always have your back and the annual subscription is extremely reasonably priced.

Wow, I researched your customers comments before signing up and only bought it due to such positive feedback, I can see they are all very true. Your customer service is truly amazing and very rare.. well done , thank you, and I will continue to support you in the future and recommend your products to friends.

These are the best collectors app out there. I have been using it and the other apps since it's inception.Would give 10 stars if possible because it is indeed a great app & has been for many years. Would highly recommend !!!

I have utilized the Collectorz platform all the way back to the beta days. It has always performed well. Additions of new, substantive features added along the way have ensured the system continues to exceed my expectations.
Recently I had a self-inflicted issue with the database so I reached out to support for the first time. The troubleshooting guidance they provided was timely and on point. Thanks again for delivering on what was promised all those years ago.

Been using Collectorz products for years. Great company, great service, great support. I now have two versions (Windows and Android) of four different products (books, games, music, movies) which indicates how much I love them. Having a full functional catalogue on Windows, with a portable version I can take with me is ideal, and exactly what Collectorz provides.

In one word, AMAZING ! I also have the Movie Collector version too which is also AMAZING ! Their customer service is the Best I have ever used. I have no hesitation in recommending this app, they are simply Brilliant. Need I say more.

The people at CollectorZ have always responded to my questions and concerns, and always the next day from half way around the world. There are very few outfits that provide service like your team does. I don’t want you think it goes unnoticed. It’s greatly appreciated.

As ever, I got stuck through doing something wrong but Alwin leapt to my Rescue, pointed out the likely cause and advised me how to correct it. All sorted out in ten minutes. Super response!

Have been using 3 of Collectorz collection Programes for a large number of years and have never been disappointed in any of them. What impressed me the most is the after sales service. It is fast, very fast and every query I ever had were solved. The syncing between different platforms is instantaneous, I use a PC. iPad and iPhone and have the programmes running on all of them T
he programmes are very easy to use so the learning curve is not and upward struggle. They are always being improved upon by Alwin and his team that have been together for years.
I use the Book. Music and Movie Programmes. I can highly recommend them to anybody interested in a collection data bank.

Customer service was amazing and helped me to get my app to work correctly again after getting a new phone.

If all businesses were this customer-oriented things would be much better.

I remain delighted with the software; it’s a pleasure to use and I cannot imagine how I managed without it. All my library is now fully catalogued and cross-referenced, which has made academic life so much easier, quicker and profitable.

Your products and services are top notch and I recommend your software to every collector I meet.
