I have always had excellent customer service from you guys ( and girl, without wishing to be sexist at all). Most of my circle of friends and family have been repeatedly advised that, we in Britain can learn a thing or three from companies like yours.

For many years I was looking for a good software to help me capture all the books, CDs, DVDs and Blue-Rays I own. It had been a huge struggle since I have media from different countries in different languages.
Collectorz have changed everything for me. I started entering my large collection and at last I have a control and visibility. The tools are extremely flexible. Sure, I need to invest time, but so did many people who built up your core database.
It's a really great feeling to be browsing through my virtual shelves and finally I am not buying the same thing twice or not buying something in a wrong belief I already own it. Thank you.

I know a small email isnt much in the way of recompense, but I do know that sometimes people using software without face to face interactions can easily overlook the fact that there are still niceties that can be expressed.
