I highly recommend the CLZ Movies app! I had been using DVD Profiler to organize and manage my DVD collection, but the software hasn't been updated for quite some time and I didn't want to wait any longer in case they "pulled the plug". CLZ Movies apps (mobile and web) have received excellent reviews, so I decided to purchase both! I'm ecstatic that I made the change!!!
I was able to download my DVD collection from DVD Profiler down to my PC Window Version then export the file to my computer. I then imported that file to the CZL Movies Web. When completed, I then Sync the CLZ Cloud to my CLZ Movies Mobile app. Everything worked perfectly. My DVD collection of almost 1,000 DVDs is safe, organized, and searchable!

Adding movies is easy. Scan the barcode or find the title and the app takes care of the rest. Details import quickly + movie information can be edited. My favorite aspect thus far is the level of organization offered and attention to detail. It is functional and aesthetically pleasing and does everything I need it to.

Don't have to write the movies down. especially if you have a lot of movies and you get cramps in your hand from writing all the movies down.

Few things are worse than buying duplicates of anything and I had been looking for months for something to keep track of my movies, without having to put up with inventory spreadsheets. This app definitely helps with that and then some.
It's been specifically helpful with my memory issues, disorgabization, forgetfulness, and overstimulation due to ADHD. Seriously, thanks for this!

Do yourself a favor and get this app. I searched far and wide to find something that would serve my needs and this is it. I Don't have a large collection but, It was aggravating to try and find what I was looking for before this app. That is NO LONGER the case. Many customizable areas too. Thank you Alwin.

I've been using CLZ Movies for a few years and it's fantastic. It allows me to catalogue my collection with ease by auto-filling the films details from a simple barcode scan just leaving for me to fill personal details such as whether I've watched it and where I've stored it. Its quick links to IMDB and to YouTube trailers also makes it so much simpler to help pick a movie to watch with family or to answer a trivia question.

Just great in keeping all 6000+ movies squared away. I would be lost in keeping that many straight in my head and this app works great in doing this.

This app is wonderful at keeping all my movies in order. He gives the date I purchased them, how much I paid for them, including a full description of the movie. I couldn’t be more pleased.

This app is a life saver when it comes to managing your media library. Very easy to use especially using the barcode option, with only a few movies needing to be manually added by title, highly recommended.

This App is not only available for iOS and Android but also for Windows PCs. Any changes in the database located in the Windows PC will be automatically synchronized in the Android or iOS App. If additionally the CLZ cloud feature will be used, the database can be accessed by any browser. A special highlight is the search function. You can look for title, actor, film plot, release date and much more.

This app has been a great find for me. In two days I have my movies all scanned in. The app is really easy to use. Scan the barcode and there is your movie. If the movie is t there you can type it in and add info yourself!

Natürlich ist es im vollen Umfang nur nutzbar, wenn die entsprechender Tarif gebucht ist. Ist für mich absolut berechtigt. Habe viele Apps zum katalogisieren der Sammlung ausprobiert. CLZ ist für mich die brauchbarste App von allen.

As my collection was growing, I wanted a way to see what I had when I was on the go. This app makes it easy and offers a bunch of extra features I didn’t know I wanted but now use regularly, like the ability to see how much a disc has sold for recently on eBay. This helps as I go through and reevaluate my collection to see what I can clear out. The ability to search by actor also helps me when figuring out what I want to watch.

The CLZ Movies app was exactly what I needed. It is very easy to use and I have had no problems with it so far. I highly recommend it if you need to catalog your DVDs and Blu-ray disk collection.

I love physical media. But my DVD collection was getting outta hand. The joy of buying an obscure Japanese sci-fi classic in a second-hand store would be nullified by the fact that I already had it when I returned home.

Im a movie collector and this app works great for me managing my inventory and seeing what I own and don't own.

Having been a longtime user of another dvd collection app, I am considerably impressed by the power and ease of use of this app. Adding dvds in bulk is lightning fast. The app has all many of ways of viewing the collection.
Most impressive of all is the customer support who proactively contacted me the day after I downloaded the app to ask how I was getting on and whether I had any questions or needed any help. I wrote a fairly lengthy reply and within the hour I got a detailed reply answering all my questions. Simply superb, thank you.

I love this app, a quick scan of the barcode and your new purchase is catalogued in your collection. You can view your collection in a variety of ways such as alphabetically, year of release, and by actor. It stops me from buying duplicates too lol!

For the past few years I have been using CLZ Movies to catalog and organize all of my physical media. All 1900+ of it as of writing this, and it has been an amazing app in keeping things on track. I also really like all of the analytic anecdotes the app offers such as calculating each film and show's IMDb rating, sorting everything under different filmmakers and actors, and pie charting all physical media formats. There is a yearly subscription fee for this app, but I would say it is worth it.

CLZ Movies was exactly the app I was looking for. When I moved across the country, I sold off all my DVD movies in a yard sale. But I have nearly 800 titles of movies and TV shows in various streaming platforms. Previously, to locate a movie I had to guess which platform it was on, which could take quite a while. Plus, some titles were easily forgotten. Now they are organized in CLZ Movies and are a breeze to locate. There are features I don't use, but the organization alone is worth it!

No doubt CLZ is the best app for keeping all my movies organized. I've been using CLZ for years, and for me, it's essential for managing my movie collection. The web edition is perfect for the PC, and the app works great on the tablet. I got an annual subscription to both versions at a significant discount. Two thumbs up for the team in charge of CLZ.

This is the best catalog program for your DVDs and Blu-ray’s. Adding disks is easy with scanning with your phone. As a bonus you can view details of your collection once disks are scanned. I’ve used this program for several years. I highly recommend it.

I’ve tried several apps to manage my movie collection, and CLZ Movies is by far the best one. The database is incredibly complete, adding movies is fast and accurate, and the editing options are very flexible — I love that I can customize all the details to my liking.

Best Movie Collection Database app for your collections.

I tried a bunch of apps like this before settling on CLZ. You have to pay a subscription to get proper use out of it, which I'm not crazy about, but it's a fantastic way to keep track of a large film collection. You have so many tools at your disposal for sorting and finding information on your movies. Adding films and changing details is a breeze. I love this app, and I don't know that I could go back to dealing with my shelves without it.

Has been working great for years. Efficient and streamlined for easy use. Not sure what other video media apps are out there, but why bother? Incredible data base and lots of special features, most of which we don’t use but nice to have. A great way to seamlessly link your hard and analog media with the digital world.

This is a great app for cataloging your DVD, Bluray collections and films you have seen at the cinema. One data base can be split into multiple collections depending on how you want to catalogue your collection. It is multiplatform including web, windows, android and IOS so you can keep your collection synchronised across multiple platforms. Entries can be added manually, from the CLZ core, or in the case of DVD/Blurays the bar code can be scanned.

I listened to Horror Movie Night Podcast and one of the hosts recommended this app so I finally decided to get the app and I have to say that this is such an easy app to use. This really helps me keep track of all my movies that I have. I recommend this app for anyone who needs to keep track of their movie collection.

I’ve been looking for an easy way to keep track of my extensive DVD and BluRay collection. I tried a couple other apps, but this an easy interface. It was a breeze to scan bar codes and get disc information. I’m mainly using it for tracking what I haven’t watched. I’ve gotten into the habit of rebuying discs that I’d forgot I already owned. This will help with that for sure.

First app review I’ve ever given. I’ve searched on & off for years for something adequate enough to log my film collection, and this is it! Well worth the price of admission. Very quick batch scanning, very large release db, visually attractive & intuitive, MUCH functionality once you get them scanned in, and tons of customization fields. I literally have had a hard time thinking of anything I would add that’s lacking. Excellent.

Giving this app 5 stars also great technical support. It was really easy scanning movies which it can be backed up to the cloud. I didn't realize how many movies I have. It was fun looking back at those old movies. DVD is making a comeback due to many ads via streaming services in general. The typing in bar code and searching for title if scanner can't detect works very well.

Now this is an app you need for organising and collecting your movies!

So I have been using the various CLS apps for my music. Books. And DVDs to catalogue everything in my collection my DVDs mainly as I have such a large collection 5 1/2 thousand title it helps me to keep track of everything and more importantly, the value of my collections so yeah love using these apps and I don’t see me changing any time soon.

I have a collection of nearly 6000 titles, and this app is extremely helpful in keeping it organized. It syncs effectively between iPhone, iPad and Windows desktop, and it is highly customizable. I recommend it wholeheartedly for the serious collector.

I love the fast, easy scanning. Works great for Criterion and Shaw Brothers sets, each movie appears in the catalog individually while maintaining the reference to the set they came from. I love this!

I love the app it’s a small price to have a complete list with me. I’m a more basic user I simply need to know what I already own. They’re a lot of useful tools for a more intuitive user but again I just love having my inventory to stop double dipping highly recommend. Been using it for a couple years now so easy just to scan the bar code and add to my collection!

The CLZ Movies app continues that same great reliability and organization I’ve come to expect. It’s incredibly easy to catalog my entire movie collection—physical discs and digital titles alike—with fast barcode scanning and automatic details from IMDb. I also use CLZ Music, and both apps sync perfectly through the cloud, so my collections stay up to date across devices. The layout’s clean, customizable, and user-friendly. The subscription isn’t cheap, but for the convenience and quality, it’s absolutely worth it if you’re serious about keeping your collection organized.

I have 1200+ physical discs and another 500+ digital movies from a lifetime of collecting. This app makes it very easy to keep track of what movies is in what format. The scanning process was so easy that it made the initial daunting task almost simple.

I have been a collector of movies going back to Super VHS and Betamax. I migrated through Laser Disks, DVDs, Bluerays, 4K Blue Rays, Streaming Purchases from Apple TV and now the ultimate - Kaleidescape. Keeping all these titles and formats organized was always a challenge and with the hundreds of titles I have in my collection, Excel Spreadsheets no longer cut it. Then after extensive research, I discovered great reviews for CLZ Movies. WOW, I wish I have purchased this App Years Ago! It has literally saved me money. I am a little ashamed to say I have purchased duplicates of movies I already own. I no longer have that problem, I just open my phone or tablet and can immediately see What Films I already own, What Format those films are in and Where I have them stored! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the CLZ Mobile App!!!

I’ve been using this app for many years. The design and functionality continue to improve and change with user requests. The team is actively involved with user’s queries and has a dedicated staff. I have about 1300 dvds and the app allows multiple ways to organize, display, or even share.

CLZ Movies app has made my visits to the stores so much easier, using my phone to check so I don't double-up anymore. The scan feature has yet to meet a DVD it can't find, letting friends look over my list to borrow or me taunting them with rare finds.
