Fixed:
- Tablet: Barcode scanning didn’t work while in landscape orientation
- Switching between folders would not always refresh the list correctly
- Adding books by ISBN: on some devices the barcode queue didn’t appear
- Side menu: Refreshed background colors at the top
- Details panel: Updated placeholder cover for items without a cover
