Coming up for CLZ Games: catalog your amiibo, Skylanders and Infinity toys
A major upgrade is coming up for the CLZ Games mobile app (as v10.0) and the CLZ Games Web web-based software, with one big new feature:
Catalog your Toys To Life figures:
amiibo, Skylanders, Disney Infinity, etc…
This has been one of the top feature requests from CLZ Games users for a long time.
And… some members of the CLZ team are collectors themselves: Martin has a huge collection of Skylanders, Taco is into Skylanders too, Sven has quite a few amiibo figures. And, after buying a few amiibo for testing purposes, CLZ Alwin has quickly built up a huge collection himself (don’t worry, it’s all still for testing purposes only! 🙂 ).
That is why “Toys-to-Life” support is finally coming to the CLZ Games mobile app and web-based software. Soon, you will not only be able to catalog your video games and gaming hardware, but also your “toys to life” collection, with full support for the following TtL types:
- amiibo
- Skylanders
- Disney Infinity
- Lego Dimensions
- Starlink
- Rumble U
- UB Funkeys
In the past few months, we have been working on our own Core online database for these “toys to life” collectibles, with images of the boxed toys, loose toys, links to PriceCharting for values, nice grouping into figures, cards, power discs, etc…
This huge database project for our content managers is slowly coming to an end, so now it is time for the CLZ web and mobile developers to start building the actual features for the iOS, Android and Web apps.
Still lots of work to do, so the release is at least 4 weeks away, maybe even longer. Will try to post sneak preview screenshots as soon as we have something “presentable”.
