Book Inventory Software

I have used CLZ software for several years, for my audiobooks, and hard and soft covered books. Also, I use their software for all of my movies, whether it be DVDs, Blue Ray disks, or what I've bought on Amazon Prime Video. Of all the many software/apps I use CLZ programs are among my favorites. The book and movie programs are what I use to inventory my stuff.

4500 books and growing my inventory. Works like a charm, easy to use. Almost 2 years later, still very satisfied with Book Collector. Now managing over 25,000 books via using both desktop and Android versions. Work well together, application is updated regularly. Support is great, have issues? They will respond pretty quickly and help you with the problem. Staff responds well to suggestions and questions and have helped me quite often.
Here it is 2022 now inventory over 50,000 books. Love it!

I even shared it to my pangobooks page and have an upcoming post on my instagram about this app! I uploaded over 500 books in one day! And over 100 more since then! I have numerous copies of each title and this app made it a DREAM come true for keeping track of all my books!

I love that I can keep track of books that I have, that I don't have but wish I did, and books I have extras of and sell those but they stay in my catalog if it's a favorite... lol. I will definitely save it to the cloud then I didn't know what that function meant yet so thank you.

For a book organizing app, this is the best one I have found so far. Its ease of entry is well done, and getting your collection or inventory in this app is quick. This app deserves 5 stars for its function, and another 5 for its support. My initial review asserted a critical error against the app, when in fact it was mine own ignorance. These folks care about your experience, your privacy, and the app.

Great book inventory program. Reasonable cost for program and features. Good communication and customer service.

CLZ Books - Book Inventory
I have owned CLZ books for nearly ten years and could not be happier with it. It is worth every penny. The most convenient feature of the app is the bar code scanner. You can add books to your inventory or see if you already own a particular book.

Great database maintains my 1200 book collection! Before buying another I'm able to immediately check my current inventory.

I own over 540+ books and this does a nice database job. I buy a lot of HISTORY books and computer books, this works great to prevent duplicate purchases. When looking at new wish books like the wish list for recall when asked for gift ideas. Like the detail and the book cover pic to compare if purchase or already own. Easily search when shopping especially mobile. Alwin & Team constantly adding new features Via enhancement updates. If there is a problem The Team addresses it very quickly although i have owned for many years and haven’t found too many issues mostly just added enhancements. Highly recommend, cost effective and enjoy it so much purchased several other of his inventory products. Couldn’t add to collections without this product And adding via Title or even better ISBN code is great. App is flexible and allows for cover graphics override so can match exact ownership version. Highly enjoy & Recommend.

The best and affordable book inventory software there is. Have been using it for the last four years and I like every aspect of it. Even their support is excellent.

Have been wanting to inventory my 100's of books for years....So easy to use, and customer support through email almost immediate and helpful. SO WORTH THE SNNUAL FEE!!!!!! Easy to use, nice graphical display if boik covers...live it.

I purchased my CLZ Book Collector mid-2005 to inventory my late husbands book collection which is now over 4000 and counting. First, I have to compliment the CLZ support team for their immediate and helpful response over these years to any inquiries, technical or otherwise. I recently purchased the CLZ Book app. I look forward to utilizing as going through my collection on the app I can maneuver easily, access any title, author, and readily add to the collection. I've been using Book Collector for 2 years now and I've finally gotten my ebook inventory completely entered. I know I often contact you with questions, suggestions or bug reports, so I wanted to take the time and let you know how much I love this program. I looked for a long time for a catalog/database program that would let me enter the info I wanted to keep track of. Your software more than fits the bill wonderfully. The fact that I can customize so many fields to match my needs is fantastic.

I absolutely love this app since I’m a collector of children’s books it has been such a blessing to put all my inventory online.

I've been looking for something I could inventory my collection for awhile now. This is the first I've found that allows me to scan via ISBN and manage my collection via app or PC.

This program is unbelievable! I've had my own version in Microsoft Access for years and with the purchase of an IPhone I wanted to get the inventory on the IPhone; In no time at all I was able to import over 8,000 books. I've transferred to them to my IPhone also very quickly. The barcode scanning technique works perfectly with a $9,99 scanner.

I have been using book collector for many years but have just really gotten serious about doing a full inventory. During this time of making a much more extensive use of this program let me first say I love it!!

This is one great data base/software.
I have scanned and categorized 230 + books in a very short time. The next phase - adding books with no bar codes will take longer, but I am confident that it will go well.
The very old books I will leave for the third and final inventory.

Great way to keep a full inventory of your personal book Collection.

I just downloaded the book inventory system and the scanner. I got one of my books and scanned it! Up comes the book cover picture, a description, ISBN number. WOW!

The kids are going to help me scan books intomorrow on the last day of school! WOW! This is so reasonable in price and will be so much fun. I think the kids can even scan books for check out (I have to keep reading my instructions, LOL!).

THANK YOU! I now have a way to organize my classroom books (close to 3,000 maybe?). My students are helping me clean my room and are anxious to help scan the books in! I posted on teachers.net about your product so others can have this system!

Thank you for putting together an inventory program for my book collection. It has been a blessing to use.
It eliminates writing/typing down every deatail of each every book it is definately a time saver.

Book Collectorz is so fantastic!

I've used it to create a library for our school. It acts as our card catalogue and it is wonderful! Its super easy for teachers to use, making finding books by subject a breeze. Its also easy to manage "checked out" books through its Loan feature. Its been quick and easy to add new books automatically or manually, and makes taking inventory a breeze.

I love that I can tag books by their topics to create easy reference themed lists for display; Poetry, Valentines Day, Feelings, ABCs, . . . . I am by no means a computer whiz, knowing only the "basics" on my Mac, but this program was easy to learn, modify for our needs, and teach to others. Their manual and online support are thorough, quick, and strait forward enough for even me to follow.

The school administration has been so impressed with how organized and slick looking this program is. It really makes me look like I'm doing way more than I actually am : )

I love, Love, LOVE it!Now I can't wait to organize all of my books at home!
