There can be a couple of reasons your app is locked. Please select the situation that applies to you:
- Situation 1: I’ve paid for the app before.
- Situation 2: I’m unable to sync my subscription back to my device.
- Situation 3: I’ve never synced my purchase with a CLZ Account.
- Situation 4: I’ve purchased the full price mobile app in the past.
I’ve paid for the app before.
The most basic way to unlock your purchase on a new device is to log in with your CLZ Account and sync your purchase down:
- Tap the top left icon to open the left side menu.
- Tap “CLZ Account” at the top.
- At the bottom, tap “I already have a CLZ Account”.
- Enter your CLZ username and password and Log in.
This should sync your purchase back down to your device so you can use the app like before.
I’m unable to sync my subscription back to my device
If you’ve paid for the app before or you’re now trying to get the app to work on a different device but can’t, please follow the steps below:
- Start the app on the device you purchased the app with in the past.
- Tap the top left icon to open the left side menu.
- Tap “CLZ Account” at the top.
- At the bottom, tap “I already have a CLZ Account”.
- Enter your CLZ username and password and Log in.
- Repeat steps 2-5 on any other device you want to unlock the app on.
I’ve never synced my purchase with a CLZ Account.
If you’re still unable to get your app unlocked, try the steps below:
Apple iOS
If you are on Apple iOS, you can open “Start Free Mode” screen and tap “Restore Purchase”.
Android
If you are on Android, we need 2 things from you so we can get you back up and running:
- Your CLZ Account number or CLZ Account username or CLZ Account email address. If you do not have a CLZ Account, please create one .
- Your order number. You can find the order number on Google Payments . Select the in-app purchase there to find the order number.
