My authors are not sorted correctly?

If you find that your author list is not sorted correctly, that is most likely to be caused by incorrect author sort names.

The easiest way to check and correct author sort names is through the Manage Pick Lists screen.
To open that screen, tap the menu icon top left, then choose Manage Pick Lists.

Choose “Author list”. That will show you your complete Author list, with Display names (at the top) and their Sort Names (at the bottom).

Tap on an author name to edit it.
Make sure the Display Name is in “FirstName LastName” format, like “Stephen King”, and the Sort Name in “LastName, FirstName” format, like “King, Stephen”.
