Editing Multiple Movies

You can edit multiple movies in one go by using the Edit Multiple screen.

!Edit Multiple is the only feature in Movie Collector that overwrites existing data. Use it with great care.

Editing Multiple Movies

1. Select the movies you want to edit by checking the checkboxes or use CTRL / Shift + click.
2. Click the Edit button.
3. Use the checkboxes to indicate which field(s) you want to change.
4. Make your changes.

*To clear a field for all selected movies, just click the checkbox and leave the entry box empty. The box will highlight in red to indicate the CLEAR action.

Edit all movies in one go

If you wish to set a value or clear all values for a particular field for all your movies follow these steps:

1. Choose View > Folders > No Folders to have all your movies show up in the Main List.
2. Click menu Edit > Select All to select all movies.
3. Click the Edit button.
4. Use the checkboxes to indicate which field(s) you want to change.
5. Make your changes.

Editing movies one by one without leaving the Edit screen

• Edit one movie,
• Use the Next or Previous button bottom left to edit the next or previous movie in your collection.
